I find it difficult to stay motivated, especially in the winter when the weather is not very cooperative. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to maintain a training schedule and stay motivated! :)

For motivation, here is what works for me:
- train with friends.
- decide that you will will at least start a workout, unless you are ill. Most of the time, when I don't feel like doing a workout, I am fine after 10 minutes. If you still feel bad after 10-15 minutes, then cut it short.
-have a schedule, don't wait until you "feel like it"!
-make sure that there is some fun in your workouts (but still challenging).
-take at least one day a week off.
