TWC AGM and Potluck Saturday October 22

The TWC Annual General Meeting will be held this Saturday, October 22nd at 6:00 pm.

Same location as last year: Mike Ellis’ Rec Room at Foxborough Hills, 4360 Emily Carr Drive.

Remember to bring your TWC membership fee ($25) and renewal forms.  Christmas Party tickets will also be available (Nov. 26: $40 for TWC, $45 for guests).

It's a potluck supper - check with Maggie Bateman if you are not sure what to bring.

Mingling, food prep, Potluck from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm,

AGM from 7:00 to 8:30 pm,

- elections

- a few awards and prizes

- discussion

Part of our AGM is an election for FIVE positions; President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and ONE Members at large.

We are accepting nominations for ALL of these positions and we will be looking for volunteers to help in various capacities.
